The equal-wall-thickness downhole motor is an advanced power drilling tool optimized for stator structural design, featuring a stator rubber liner with uniform wall thickness throughout the helical profile. This innovative structure eliminates stress concentration caused by uneven wall thickness in conventional stators, significantly enhancing the liner's wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and high-temperature stability (operating temperature up to 180°C).

The core power section adopts a high-precision rotor-stator meshing pair, ensuring efficient conversion of drilling fluid hydraulic energy into mechanical torque with low energy loss. The tool maintains stable output performance under high-pressure and high-load conditions, reducing stator failure risks and extending service life.
