The anti-friction downhole motor is a specialized positive-displacement downhole power device developed to address the drag and sticking issues encountered in extended-reach, horizontal, or directional drilling operations. Application Scenarios: 


This motor is primarily applied in drilling projects where high frictional resistance and drag risks are prominent. It is widely utilized in extended-reach drilling (ERD) and horizontal drilling operations for oil and gas fields, especially in long-horizontal-section wells (horizontal section length exceeding 2000m) where the drill string is prone to drag and sticking due to large contact area with the wellbore. Additionally, it is suitable for directional drilling in complex well trajectories (e.g., S-shaped wells, three-dimensional wells) and drilling operations in soft to medium-hard formations with poor borehole stability. The motor also plays a critical role in unconventional resource development projects (e.g., shale gas, tight oil) with long horizontal sections, as well as in offshore drilling operations where drag control is essential for ensuring drilling efficiency and safety.

A:1. all the raw materials by IQC (Incoming Quality Control )before launch whole process into the process after the screening.

2. process each link in the process of IPQC (Input process quality control)patrol inspection.

3. after finished by QC full inspection before packing into the next process packaging.

4. OQC before shipment for each downhole motor to do full inspection.
